1. Can I edit an order or combine multiple orders?

Once an order has been placed, you cannot add items to it. Alternatively, you can place a new one for additional items. If you like to combine separate orders, please contact us directly.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Before your order is dispatched, simply contact us if you wish to cancel it. If your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to Return & Exchange for return details.

3. Which payment methods do you accept

We accept the following payment methods: International MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay and O Pay.



4. What are the delivery options?

Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong. Customers can also choose in-store pickup for small lifestyle items at the B.S.C. Bazaar store. We do not accept international shipping at this moment.

5. Why are some products not available for pick-up?

Due to the attribute or bulkiness of the products, some items may not be available for self-collection.

6. How much is the delivery fee?

We offer free delivery for purchases over $2,000 to destinations on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon Peninsula and in the New Territories (excluding container terminals and Outlying Islands) which are accessible by a ten-ton lorry and equipped with a lift fit for handling the purchased goods.

7. How do I choose the date and time of delivery after purchase?

Our customer service team will contact you directly after an order is confirmed.



8. Can I return an item for an exchange?

Goods sold cannot be exchanged refunded nor returned.

9. Can I ask for a refund?

All goods sold are non-refundable.

10. Can I exchange for damaged or defective items?

If your item is damaged or defective, you can return during the return period. Simply contact us with your order number with a photo of the product.



11. Where can I find the product information?

Simply click on the product category page to find your product, then click on the product for further information.

12. Are the prices on the website the same as in stores?

The online prices generally align with those in the B.S.C. Bazaar store. However, we cannot guarantee as there may be individual or exclusive promotional offers online or offline.

13. How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is valid for one year from the date of the original purchase.
